At the end of your reservation, a deposit will be requested, firm and final.
You can move your appointment at your convenience up to 48 hours before.
Beyond that, if you are unable to attend, we invite you to contact our Reception team as quickly as possible at 01.45.77.90.59.
If you are in one of the following situations, we also invite you to contact our Reception team directly:
- recipient of a Wonderbox box set
- recipient of one or more Tapovan gift vouchers
- choice of a particular masseur,
- certain massages not available in the reservation choice and requiring the intervention of our team (e.g. pichauli, individual mini-treatment, etc.)
- organization of several meetings simultaneously.
